WOW, no tellers. They want you to do everything for them by using an ATM inside or out. That wouldn't have been a problem if I just needed to make a deposit or withdraw. I met my daughter there to transfer her some money by a certified check. We were told no and that we would have to go to the one in Valley Station if we needed anything like that. There was a greeter there and she was friendly. Then 3 or 4 people just sitting in cubicles not doing anything since there was no one there but me and my daughter.
I was able to transfer money from my savings to my checking through the indoor ATM. But due to the way it works we had to pick up the phone handset and talk to someone on a screen to fix the issue. If there would of been a teller there we could have been in and out in 5 minutes. But 20 minutes later and we were finally walking out of there.
Time for a new Bank.......

This so-called bank is trash. There is no physical teller. Just a machine and some guy that's there to teach you how to use the machine. The problem is, it takes forever. I waited for the one person that was in front of me until I finally said forget it and left. I will never return to this branch. Absolutely ridiculous

The people are friendly and helpful. My mom has banked here her whole life. I don't like some of there politics. But for the most part. I haven't experienced any issues.
