- JFJim FDec 8, 20251.0They don't have any tellers. They have 4 machines. Zero help. 4 or 5 employees sitting in cubicles doing anything except helping customers
- SSSf1Oct 30, 20251.0***This review is based solely on my opinion/experience with said company.*** WOW, no tellers. They want you to do everything for them by using an ATM inside or out. That wouldn't have been a problem if I just needed to make a deposit or withdraw. I met my daughter there to transfer her some money by a certified check. We were told no and that we would have to go to the one in Valley Station if we needed anything like that. There was a greeter there and she was friendly. Then 3 or 4 people just sitting in cubicles not doing anything since there was no one there but me and my daughter. I was able to transfer money from my savings to my checking through the indoor ATM. But due to the way it works we had to pick up the phone handset and talk to someone on a screen to fix the issue. If there would of been a teller there we could have been in and out in 5 minutes. But 20 minutes later and we were finally walking out of there. Time for a new Bank.......

At most banks when things are backed up the drive thru teller steps in to help. Not here when the drive thru had no customers the teller did not step in The local banks have better service than this national bank
