- IMIrina MyersJul 1, 20251.0EVERY PNC branch accepts personal checks as payment for credit card except THIS branch. They say they are not allowed. Other branches are allowed and I have not had any problems except here. I am guessing this is some special branch with their own rules. I have dealt with them on several occasions and i have nothing but problems with them. They dont want to help their customers. Both Branches on Hurstbourne Pkwy help their customers
