- VCVeronica ChandlerSep 16, 20241.0We've had several issues trying to pull out cash here. The latest endeavor was denied because my husband's license is expired by a few weeks. Apparently if your license is expired the photo changes and it's no longer you? Make it make sense... I'd also like to mention that he offered social security card and other credit cards, one of which had a photo and was still denied. When I called to speak to the manager to ask why a request to pull out our own cash was denied, she said that it was their policy. So with that, we've decided to close all of our PNC accounts despite having accounts with them for several years. I will more than gladly go to the bank across the street... Also, when I called to say that I would be closing my accounts, I was told that they couldn't confirm if I'd be able to pull out the cash. They tried to offer to give me a cashier's check, but I'm not going to accept a cashier's check for MY OWN MONEY!!!!!!
