A representative from this branch called me out of the blue just to see how I'm doing and gauge my satisfaction with PNC. I no longer work in Louisville and don't visit this branch anymore, but Jackie still took the time to talk with me about credit lines and some ways I could save money and possibly get out of debt sooner. If you're not happy with your bank, give PNC a shot.
