- BSBarry Todd SelfSep 28, 20252.0Couldn't tell me bank account balance i went in short $867 by the time I left done get told to leave so I waited bout 10 minutes the went in another office he done made me believe there bullshit I needed my money I wasn't showing in my account I was on my way to buy a harley Davidson I needed that money I ended up getting some money from day and not getting the bike I wanted but a lesser value bike is what I got the very ne t day checked my account it shouldn't be but a couple dollars in the but no there was $874 dollars the same thing I told them went through 2 people to make me think I'm crazy I really needed my money that day

I was advised I needed to have $300 in the account to avoid the monthly fee after 90 day. I did this and was still charged the fee. Terri had been emailing me prior to this asking about how the service was going and checking in. After I received the fee, I checked back in and was told I needed $500 in the account, not $300. I asked for a refund and more information on this since I was advised the incorrect information and received no response. I followed up a few days later and still no response. I made sure to have $500 in the account for the next month and was STILL charged the fee. I sent another email but am sure I will not hear back or be refunded for their mistakes. Absolutely terrible customer service. Wish I had never signed up with them.
