- CCCNDMar 22, 20251.0I went inside of this branch to do a cash advance. An older Asian woman that was a teller looked at my credit card and told me that they didn’t accept my credit card. So, I gave her another one, she said they didn’t accept that one either. And then I gave her another one, and she said the same thing. And so I gave her another one. Mind you these are regular credit card vendors such as AMEX, Capital One, and Discover. After she nearly looked at each of my credit card, she handed them back to me and said that they couldn’t help me. Funny, I went to another PNC branch on Shelbyville Road and they said that they accepted all of those cards and I was able to get my cash advance. It was clear that the woman was discriminating against me because of my race. I have been a customer of PNC for almost 20 years. I have never had that experience. She costed me several hours and driving an additional 7 miles to a different PNC location. She should not be allowed to assist customers if she is unable to assist everyone, indiscriminately. She was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank branch.

I run a business and write checks if all sizes and to have a client be told they done have the money to cash his check is just bad business, I mean pnc is a billion dollar bank. And to be told they don't have 5k to cash a check is ,we'll it says it all.

Meanwhile at least 4 other people have come & gone through the other 2 drive through lanes. All I wanted was a simple withdrawal but I also got employees I felt like intentionally wasted my time & it’s left a bad taste in my mouth
