- CCCDec 19, 20252.0Brandon? 10/10. Anne, the apparent assistant manager? The incredibly rude way she came off in emails alone made me want to go to a different branch or change banks all together. Sad and disappointing after 10+ years of banking with PNC. Bummer.

- MHMike HuntJun 12, 20231.0Recently came in to activate a debit card I received in the mail. The taller gentleman at the teller window greeted me and was very helpful and courteous. I think his name started with an A. He asked me to have a seat in the lobby while he added me to the wait list. After a ten or fifteen minute wait nobody came to help. Two older ladies were in their office seemingly oblivious to the customer waiting in the lobby. Then they proceeded to have a chat with each other IN THE LOBBY while I continued to wait. I can only assume they are both managers of this branch based on their office locations in the corner. Who is running this clown show at PNC? At this point I may be taking my business elsewhere. The lone bright spot of my experience was the teller who was very helpful. 1 out of 5 stars for you PNC. Do better.
