  They are the worse! When I first opened the account they had to give me a second card because the first one they sent, I did not receive and had to go to the branch to get one. Over time they have held so many checks of mine. They closed my account which I didn’t know and deposited money into the account which it allowed (although it’s closed!!). When I called they told me that I can’t even get information on when they will return my money until next Monday.

  Currently standing waiting to be waited on 1 teller open. Im watchin two tellers at window actually playing on computers. You would think management would see this and correct it but here I stand

  This branch is a joke. Nothing ever takes 5-10 minutes. Everything is always an ordeal and they are always disorganized. Today, I tried to add my daughter to my bank account. My wife had passed and I needed to add her to my account. I was told it would take 5-10 minutes. It took an hour and 15 minutes to add my daughter to the account because they lost the death certificate I turned into Maria 12 days ago. I was told it was probably in her desk, but she was gone. The fact that you are leaving people's info in your desks and not in their proper filing cabinet says everything you need to know about their professionalism. I have been a customer with PNC almost 20 years, but this branch has single-handlely ended that relationship with their constant excuses. When I went to pay my house off, they didn't know how to process the wire transfer. When I needed a debit card made, I was told I would need to schedule an appointment later that afternoon. No one was waiting, he just insisted you have an appointment to be seen. Today, Melissa didn't know how to add another user to an account. Instead she fumbled around and was talking on her Teams messaging for instructions. After seeing we were upset, she went out into the hall to the printer and badmouthed us to the assistant manager Tara, not knowing that both my daughter and I could hear her. Next time, you might want to step away from your office door before trashing a customer.
