- ABAmber BershingOct 22, 20251.0We’ve had to argue with this bank branch for going on 2 years with them allowing my nana with dementia to take durable POA paperwork off her account. We were told that we had to provide medical documentation to prevent it from happening again. We’ve done that and they still allow her to take all the safeguards off we've had to put in place to keep people from taking all her of money. In the healthcare world that's elder abuse, misappropriation of funds and you get jail time for it, but at PNC it doesn’t matter bc it’s not their grandmother! They're aiding in her sister and other sister's boyfriend to drain her account leaving her with no money for the entire month, leaving us to cover her bills, food, and hygiene. And not to mention one of the teller has some relations to a neighbor of my nana that come over literally as soon as her social security hits her account to sale her garbage, this same teller kept telling my mother and I who have been in healthcare for 35 and 16 years that my nana doesn’t have dementia but she calls and request a new debit card every month. Way to go PNC!!
