I don't have all day to do banking. I'm very disappointed with this branch. Also, the teller was either new or didn't care. This is the worst PNC service I have ever received.

First I was placed on hold by Amanda, then a different person came on the line to tell me I would receive a call back in a few minutes . That did not occur, I then called again and Amanda again told me they would have to call me back later because there were now new customers in the bank. She added that they were under staffed. That is not Amanda's fault-that fault lies with management. I then tried to call customer service line-I was told there would be a twenty plus minutes wait. This is how you lose clients.
