Terrible customer service. Maybe they have some good employees, but most of the employees I dealt with there treated me like I was an unnecessary workload I use the ATM but will never go inside.

The WORST bank! Service is always slow and they never have enough people working. I try to avoid going to anything other than the ATM at all costs. When it's unavoidable, I always leave frustrated. The staff is not knowledgeable and very inconsistent. What one employee tells you is completely contradicted by the next.

I hope this is the correct branch. I'm writing a review on the branch on preston that sits down the street from the cemetery.
The only bright side of this experience was the teller Brittney. I went in to cash a check that was drawn off of pnc. Brittney told me that I would have to either open an account or I would be charged 2% to cash the check (a check that was drawn off of that very bank). Although I don't need another account I did not want to throw away 2% of the amount of the check, so I agreed to open an unwanted bank account. Brittney's superior then tells Brittney that it is too late to open an account and to charge me $45 to cash my check. No he was not a very nice person and he lacked customer service skills. I take that back. When I stepped into the bank he was sugary sweet to thr caucasian customers, his friendliness just did not extend to me. Through all of this Brittney remained professional and treated me with the upmost respect. Someone please tell me when banks started charging to cash checks drawn off of their bank. This experience has turned me off when it comes yo pnc bank. I would never bank at a pnc branch. While I'm writing this review I will say how great the staff are at the L&N credit union downtown are. Also, the tellers ay Chase at the downtown Jefferson street location are amazing. PNC could take notes from those 2 branches. Again, the only thing keeping me grom giving PNC a 1 is because of Brittney's professionalism, compassion and the smile that remained on her face while conducting business with me
