- JTJessica TJul 9, 20251.0Be aware of Catherine!!!! I made a call before I visited the branch about domestic wire transfer. I was told if I change my current checking account to performance select, there is no fee associated with wire transfer. When I went to bank and talked to her, she said I have to pay fee regardless of whatever type of account I have. I told her about the conversation that I had with someone over the phone. She still insisted but after a request she agreed to check and found out that what I heard over the phone was right. She mislead us on the fee and other stuff as well. If somebody does not know something be brave and willing to say “I don’t know” nobody knows everything but you can say I can look into that and come up with the facts rather than showing arrogance with customer. Worst experience I ever had yesterday in the branch. She need to be educated on the simple fact that -to say I don’t know. Don’t act like you know everything and mislead the customer. Stop that BS.
