- WRWillie RoseSep 19, 20251.0I went to setup a wire transfer and the teller as well as the banker (tall middle aged white woman) was very dismissive and negligent about my request. She gave me excuse after excuse for not wanting to help me for two days in a row. They even asked me who my beneficiary was (not for my PNC account) and still didn't help me. Terrible experience for a loyal customer.

They had1 teller, and 1 lady in the lobby that pulled me out of line to basically do nothing, then let 2 people go in front of me, unbelievable. I went here once before and always rude. The teller at the window that did give me cash was rude and didn't say thank you or anything personable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
