- WRWillie RoseSep 19, 20251.0I went to setup a wire transfer and the teller as well as the banker (tall middle aged white woman) was very dismissive and negligent about my request. She gave me excuse after excuse for not wanting to help me for two days in a row. They even asked me who my beneficiary was (not for my PNC account) and still didn't help me. Terrible experience for a loyal customer.
- CCCC CNov 18, 20241.0-10 stars One time i came in to deposit a check from a house sale and the mgr i think her name is Vickie..i tell her i want to open a business acct..she looks at the check which was over over $100,000 and says rudely.you need an appointment.you won't be able to get any money today..needless to says i took my check to a credit union..that instantly created me an account...Terrible, the manager that sits in the lobby..rude rude, rude, ... not enough workers..with 2 people in the lobby line .why am i waiting for 30 min in the drive-thru. 10 minutes before anyone says hello, I'll be right with you. ..is crazy.. slower than molasses in freezing temperatures..worst bank ever

They had1 teller, and 1 lady in the lobby that pulled me out of line to basically do nothing, then let 2 people go in front of me, unbelievable. I went here once before and always rude. The teller at the window that did give me cash was rude and didn't say thank you or anything personable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
