    BEWARE : WARNING : PREDATORY UNSAFE LOAN AGENCY :Very manipulative and predatory lender. I would recommend never to get a loan from this place and always read the fine print. turns out they charged me extra for a insurance policy on top of the loan. This happened on 2 separate loans and paid over 8,000 dollars unaware of until too late and they would not return money. Dont get a loan from this place. Seems great at first but they will change the terms . This happend to me on 2 separate loans including one personal and one auto loan. I have dealt with numerous banks in the past and never have I been treated so badly.

    Been with Commonwealth credit union 7years. Absolutely best financial facility I have used. Helpful,informational, great security(I almost got scammed selling a car,they INTERVENED ON MY BEHALF) They Really GO THE EXTRA MILE. ALSO THEIR CALL CENTER IS EXCELLANT AS WELL! As a senior their online banking is easy to navigate. SHELBY is the branch manager, she's personal and sharp. 5Stars!!

    When I called to inquire about the proof of residency required, I was informed that I needed to provide an “LGE bill or something like that”. I asked if my bank statement would suffice, but was met with a dismissive attitude, informing me I need to paying attention. I replied that they had said “something like that” and I was just checking if my bank statement was considered “something like that”. I ended the call, as I was not comfortable with the sassiness and lack of concerns for my first and only question. I will not be opening an account at a bank that treats its customers this way.

    Love just about everything about this bank, except there was one customer service rep (Jamie?) in particular that I felt was rude on the phone to me and didn't understand my complaint. Other than that, I have had no issues.
