- PMPatrick MeehanApr 20, 20261.0I've been a customer for over 40 years and was very disappointed in the service I received last week. My account was hacked twice in the last 12 months. The on-line staff was unable to assist unable to help me. I went into the branch and was told a customer service rep would have to assist me. After a very short wait I was asked into an office. The gentleman that helped me was not friendly, did not introduce himself and became snarky when i attempted to point out the fact security features were not being followed by tellers. He did not answer my questions. I guess he entered everything in my account properly.

(Even the sketchiest shopping center in Lawrenceburg, but I digress.) But the real estate cliche is true, because location, location, location. This is my "home" branch, and it rocks. It has free bottles of water, ample parking, and short lines. It's also in one of the best business neighborhoods in the city. Maybe you need to hit a pharmacy (Walgreens and CVS) or grab Coffee (Starbucks) or have a date to cook for and need organic groceries (Rainbow Blossom) and a bottle of wine or a fine porter or stout (Top Hat) or a top shelf pizza (Coals) or a dessert (Pie and Ice Cream Kitchen) or a class on how to cook those organic groceries... And you are already there, if this branch is your home bank.

With all sorts of tricky details that essentially equate to them charging you more money for the inconvenience. Also, their savings and checking are a joke of a return in a world where you can get 3% minimum on a savings account.
