Both were taking severely long to count cash, had drive thru people and inside people waiting for over 20 minutes to finish a simple cash deposit. If you can’t count cash fast, you should not work at a bank. Simple as that.
- MBMatthew BerryMar 30, 20241.0PNC will steal your time and your money. You would have better luck stuffing your matress. We used PNC for our small buisness. They lost our deposit through an ATM and have left us holding the bill because after 6 month they still can't find it. Even though we have a reciept with atm # and time or error. We have gone through the BBB and pnc has refused to reach a compromise. If an individual did what PNC has done it would be a felony. But because they are a bank they can get away with it.
