- AAAtena AmirsoleimaniMay 7, 20241.0Do not use wire transfers from PNC. My experience with PNC Bank was awful. The bank charged me $50 for a wire transfer. In their document, it was mentioned that it takes 10 days to be in the designated account. After 10 days, the money with a $25 deduction was returned back to my account. The bank charged me $75 for nothing. This is not a good bank service. If PNC Bank cannot handle a wire transfer in 2024, this service must be omitted. Also, the knowledge of employees in this PNC branch was very limited about this specific service. PNC Bank can charge its customers X, Y, Z, ... amount to provide the wire service. However, there is no guarantee to have the complete services after paying those charges (X, Y, Z, ..). It is like telling a person: Man/Sir I am putting my hand in your purse/wallet to pick up some of your money, and I am not stealing money from you because I told you about it".
