I've never seen such unprofessional customer service in a bank. I won't come to this branch anymore. If it was me I wouldn't have been as call as the young lady experiencing it.

The branch manager herself is passive aggressive and leads a team of people that operate the same. They operate under their own rules at this branch in comparison to all four states our business operates. Equally, whenever I used PNC branch for personal things - I was never treated as poorly as the staff treat me here. Per our business banker who is in PA, we are experiencing out of the ordinary customer service issues here. I encourage anyone that cares about how they are treated in exchange for using a bank to consider that you will potentially be treated the same. ANY OTHER BANK is better than this one.
