- LPLifelong PatriotSep 8, 20255.0Long story short someone hacked my phone, gained access to my PNC App & Cash App account, & got access to the $2746 I had in the bank at 1 pm on Saturday, all banks are closed. I call the fraud dept and they froze/locked my account, on Monday I went to the location I always use and had a short wait for a banker and Triston Neece called me back to his office, he quickly seen that I was extremely concerned about my money and he looked and assured me that my money was safe in the bank, he called the fraud dept and got everything fixed for me and I really want to say that Mr Neece is a fantastic banker, he was very helpful and knowledgeable but also he was NOT the uptight typical banker that I have delt with in the past. Mr Neece set and talked to me with understanding that I was very upset about this situation and he put my mind at ease while resolving the issue. Due to the wait at the fraud dept I spent appx a hour or more in his office and I never felt rushed or as if I was a nuisance he treated me like I was a millionaire. He single handed turn a nightmare situation into a solved problem and I just can’t say enough wonderful things about him, and you bet I will see him for any future banking or loans I may need THANK YOU for getting my money returned to me !!!
