I relied heavily on Tim Stevens, Lexington Branch, to guide and help me navigate the Fraud and Dispute centers. He was the voice of calm while I was trying to resolve this during my travels. He made sure I had a new card by the time I returned home. ISAAC, in customer care, also patiently went through all the transactions and dates with me to make sure I had all the info I needed to talk to the dispute center. Overall, while the fraud center was a challenge, Tim and Isaac made the process smooth.
