- BMBeth MJan 2, 20261.0UPDATE: it has been 3 weeks and they have still refused to give me back the money their ATM stole from me. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR ATMS! staff have always been very friendly but that's the only positive to this locations bank. So many times I've gone here looking for rolls of quarters and they have no one available to get the coins. And don't bother calling ahead to ask if the person will be at this location because the people on the phone don't actually know. Along with that their ATMs barely work. Most of the time their ATM is not working and is stuck on a "restarting" screen and !!!!!BIG WARNING!!!! Do NOT I repeat Do NOT use their ATMs deposit feature. Their ATM stole money from me and refused to give it back. This happened during New Years day so I was not able to contact a person to get my money back. I'm currently waiting in the parking lot with my 5 month old for them to open to try and get my money back. I have a bill that needs to be payed but because of this incident it'll most likely be late and I highly doubt they're going to do anything to compensate me for their mess up. If I didn't have a loan to pay back with them I'd cancel my membership right now. Once again !!!!BEWARE!!!! the ATMs will steal your money.
