- DHDevin HickmanNov 10, 20251.0Unfortunately, terrible customer service. PSA --》The CCU online payment portal is known to double charge. This a problem they are aware of, and have no plans of addressing. BEWARE, plenty of other credit unions around that do not have this issue.

Every staff member including the branch manager are always courteous and very competent. The respect they convey to your accounts, loans and money makes it easy to keep in order.

I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone in fact I’ve told people about my experiences with this bank. Once my loan is paid I will never walk into another commonwealth credit union again.
