I ended up opening an account with Chase Bank after all the hassle and three hours of my time wasted. Chase couldn't believe the trouble we were getting. I've been with B.O.B. for over 10 years. I was given multiple stories and was told the check was no good... Chase didn't have that problem. Just go to a large bank and don't waste your time. I felt like I was treated like a thief and looked down at. ***Notice their response lol*** The Chase bank up the road laughed at what we went through and said Bank of the Bluegrass is incompetent.
