  5 stars simply aren’t enough to express the gratitude I have for Jennifer Frye! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is also compassionate, truly thorough, and just an all-around amazing person. While my husband and I won’t be buying another home anytime soon, I absolutely wouldn’t go through the process again without Jennifer by our side. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but having someone who genuinely shows up for you — not just someone who says they will — makes all the difference. Jennifer truly cares and treats your loan as if it were her own. If I could give Jennifer Frye an infinite number of stars, I absolutely would! If you’re thinking about buying a home and need a loan, let me help you make the decision easy: go with Jennifer. She is kind, responsive, and always timely. During the home-buying process, I felt left in the dark at times, but I can’t tell you how many times Jennifer stepped in and eased my worries — whether it was 9 AM or 9 PM, Monday through Sunday.   This is the second time I’ve worked with Jennifer Frey, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with something as important as a home loan. The first time was during my divorce, and most recently after getting married and buying a home with my new husband. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and truly works around the clock — she is always available and responsive. She takes the time to understand your unique situation and helps you find the best loan option, not just the easiest one. Her communication is clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout the entire process. By the end of both experiences, I genuinely felt like we had become friends.
