- PDPalmer dahmanJul 28, 20233.0Stopped in to cash a convenience check...everyone was super nice, except in the confusion of making sure I had enough money in my savings, Sherri informed me, in front of a client, that I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the convenience check...this mortified and embarrassed me in front of another customer. I always thought that they thought more of me than that and I've been a banker there forever. I have excellent credit even though I don't have a large savings account there.

- JCJonny ChickDec 6, 20155.0I really have no complaints with this bank! I am always greeted as soon as I walk through the door, they have a kuerig coffee machine, and suckers too😋. The staff is always very helpful and they don't look like they hate their job (like other places I have been). I have never had to wait long and if they are closed, there is an ATM on the outside to do some simpler transactions.
