- GGGemini GeminiDec 9, 20251.0I recently visited the bank December 9,2025 , Florench branch at 4:12 pm, and had an uncomfortable experience with the person at the counter name Lance His attitude made me feel nervous about asking questions—especially regarding the bills I needed . As a customer, I expected a more welcoming and supportive interaction. I hope the bank can improve on customer service so that people feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.
- CWChris WDec 17, 20211.0Clown shoes. When I called them concerning a personal loan, the phone rang 20 times lol then the lady that answered said can I put you on hold? Didn’t even ask what I was calling for. That’s OK, people get busy. Sure put me on hold. Then all I heard was murmuring and after five minutes the phone disconnected. I will never ever ever deal with us bank branch again. Here’s why, Time is money, I have things to do. And one thing I don’t have time for? It’s being put on hold for five minutes and then being hung up on.

People are unpolite and unhelpful. Im closing my accout and putting my money back under my mattress. Its safer there anyway.
