- GGGemini GeminiDec 9, 20251.0I recently visited the bank December 9,2025 , Florench branch at 4:12 pm, and had an uncomfortable experience with the person at the counter name Lance His attitude made me feel nervous about asking questions—especially regarding the bills I needed . As a customer, I expected a more welcoming and supportive interaction. I hope the bank can improve on customer service so that people feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.

Multiple times it has made it difficult and once took $320 and said pending for 30 minutes before then going out of service. It ate my money and my card.
