- BWBrandon WJun 5, 20251.0I’ve been a member of PNC for 14 years and they keep calling every few for me to come in and see what they do. The first time I went in, they told me I was approved for a home equity loan. I came in the next Monday to sign then paperwork, then they told me I was declined and the lady that approved me went on vacation. So I said forget it and went on my way. Then a few years later, the calls started coming again, and I told them what happened the first time, so they told me to come down and they would see what they could do for me. Another waste of time… Surprising enough, I was actually able to refinance my car through them with a half decent rate. So I get that paid off in 3 years… so fast forward another year and I start getting the phone calls again. Come in and we will see what we can do.. so I figured I’d come in and get a loan to pay off my credit cards. It’s not much. A couple thousand bucks.. same story. They can’t give me a loan and they won’t tell me why. I drove down to a bank by my house and in 15 minutes I had a $10k loan. I got such a good payment and interest rate that I decided to go ahead and pay off some other stuff and save even more money… It’s crazy than in the 14 years I’ve been with PNC, I’ve never overdrawn my account, my credit has no negative marks and this is how they say thanks for your loyalty. I’ll be switching to a new bank within the next week.

The only issue is I just tried to deposit a $3,500 check on the mobile app and it said that it was too big of a check that I must come to the bank. 5 STARS.... If mobile deposit limits get adjusted higher and I open a Business Credit 💳 with them. They could possibly handle all my LLC needs!
