- SSShannonDec 6, 20241.0Branch I would never recommend. You call them, ask if you should do something, they tell you yes so you can and do it because they should do know right? They kept taking my deposits via cash and check, never said nothing and what they told me to do flagged my account as fraudulent so now all my money is locked up and I have to wait on a check to even get my money. Would give 0 stars if possible. If you're going to work somewhere especially as a manager you should know what you're talking about when you tell someone to do something!

Had to go to different PNC branch in Newport to do my banking. Newport transferred the money with no problems.
