- NWNatasha WoodsDec 2, 20221.0Horrible banking practices, numerous over draft fees multiple times in 1 day, although online banking has a positive balance. "Oh but since you have a charge pending we know that once that clears your account will be negative." But its not negative, so why the overdraft fee? Then you get the run around about closing out your account, because the pending charges have to clear... but I have an overdraft fee for those "pending" charges that haven't yet cleared. Please make it make sense! DO NOT BANK HERE, THEY NEED NEW OWNERS, MANAGMENT OR SOMEBODY.
