- SSStar Rudolph (Starfire)Apr 12, 20241.0I used the ATM and it showed me an error message and set my transaction was canceled but then spilt out a receipt stating it depenced the money. I called the bank and the woman on the phone was very rude and told me because I didn't have an account at their bank I would just have to dispute it with my card and that there was nothing they could do. This particular ATM is known to run out of money and evidently if it does during your transaction it will take your money and and then give you a receipt stating that you received your money. I will never use this ATM again or any other PNC ATM!
