- JEJoel EavesNov 21, 20251.0This branch specifically ALLOWED a random unauthorized person to have full access to my business account in the branch! They did not go through any security protocols and did not request ID to be shown. Furthermore, when I contacted them and do my own work to get the large amount of funds back I was told that this was not a big deal and that everything is “ok”. I then Proceeded to ask considering that PNC doesn’t follow security measures, anytime I write a check now with my account number public it makes me feel VERY unsafe in knowing that a random person can show up and have access to my business banking and remove MY funds into their pocket with no questions asked or to even call the ONLY approved signer on the account. I’m HIGHLY disappointed in these measures taken and even more disappointed in the discredit when voicing my concerns an the branch manager call me to stress that it was an inconvenience but that they came into the branch just to give me a call and I should be thankful that they did. I expected More when banking with such a large nationwide company to protect my businesses assets

The response i get is oh you got usaa bank sorry there is nothing we can do we dont have a key to OPEN OUR OWN ATM! Which means i have to order a new card and pay for it to. I will never recommend this bank EVER!
