- AVAt the House with Randy and VonJun 13, 20251.0Poos Customer service. I had bank rolled Kennedy half dollar's and also Sacagawea's one dollar coins as well as presidential one dollar coins. They were all rolled by a bank and had never been opened. The ladies were very short and had a attitude with me. Wouldn't simply exchange my American coin money for American dollars. I felt as if I was being accused of being fraudulent. I will not ever do business with PNC nor would I ever suggest someone to do any business there as well.

They are so short staffed that wait time in person or in the phone is usually over 10 mins just to get face to face or talk. Timing is everything to get quick service but it is also unpredictable at this branch. The staff is friendly and considerate BUT overworked.
