She explains any issues or concerns clearly and patiently, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend both Bethanie and TurboTax for their reliable and professional service. ⸻Following review is for overall TT operation. TT experts are really good and communicate with respect and explains clearly. In all these years, this is a first time I am facing issues . So far it has been 24 hrs and no one has called me. Due to a technical issue, the service code didn’t work, so we had to reschedule our meeting to ensure we could still receive the discount. The TT charges are quite high, and I ended up spending over 2 hours with another technical expert. Unfortunately, the technical team hasn’t been able to resolve the issue yet. I’m feeling stressed, especially since I’m traveling abroad on Thursday. I really hope they can sort it out. I spent 9:15 to 10:15 , 2 hrs with her and Krista. At about 1:00 PM I spent another 30 minutes with an expert . He said someone will call you. Waiting for a call so I can pay and get over this situation stress free . It has been over 10 hours and the issue is still not resolved. After three lengthy calls, the matter remains pending. Although I received a message stating that the return has been filed, it clearly has not been, and I am unable to access any return documents. Each time I reach out, I am told that someone will get back to me, but there has been no follow-up and the situation remains in limbo. I would appreciate immediate attention to resolve this issue.
