October 1963: State Line branch opened at 76th and State Line Meadow Lake Shopping Center, Prairie Village. In 1966, it doubled in size with a move next door. February 13, 1976: moved into newly constructed two-story building at 75th and State Line, opening to customers on the 15th. Building won a first merit award from the Midwest Concrete Industry Board for Excellence in Concrete Construction in 1976. In 1971, the office was one of two Johnson County offices without a drive up, but if a customer knocked at the door after 4pm, the manager would call from his office, "FRONT DOOR", and a teller would be available to assist the customer.
