  Had to help a friend out in a time of need and he chose Shane to do his bond. I spoke with Shane on the phone prior to coming to his office. After ubering from Lees Summit to Olathe to sign off on his bond, I was greeted with a surly and abrasive Shane who wasn’t afraid to hide his annoyance. He complained about my friend when I arrived and then chastised me for not having a necessary document failing to apologize for not specifying that info when we chatted on the phone. Less than subpar customer service to say the least. I got out of there as quickly as I could as I don’t enjoy negative people, especially when they are irritated for having to do their job. I will never use Shane again.
