  The guy I talked to with the glasses and the beard treated me like a criminal just for walking through the door to ask for a bond. Completely unprofessional and talked to me like I was less than human as if I did something wrong. I wouldn't recommend him specifically to anyone.

  Complete jerks , unfamiliar with state & federal laws. Came to my door looking for someone who used to live with me. Stated someone had reported seeing the individual here, which was a lie! I hadn’t seen her for 8 months probably!! One guy kept his foot in my door, the other creep (wearing a ball cap that said “cowboy hat” was trying to intimidate me & threatened to physically move me out of their way.! They didn’t come in! Police came, & I let them search, but, not the unprofessional so called bail bondsmen”! They were doing their job horribly!!! To others : Know your rights if bondsmen come knocking!! These men were WAY OUT of LINE! Threatening to force their way in! Bad tactic Mr. BEAST ( one dude had “the BEAST” on the front of himself, lol! He was an ignorant beast for sure! Making fun of me for calling the police, & mocking me, downright immature behavior for “so called” professional bondsmen!! NEVER use this company! Total REJECTS working here! They get zero stars

  I recently found myself in a stressful and emotional situation when a close family member was taken into custody. I had never dealt with the bail process before, so I started calling several bail bond companies in the area, hoping for guidance and support. From the moment David answered the phone, I could tell I was in good hands. He was incredibly professional, kind, and most of all, patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire bail process to me, step by step, without rushing or making me feel like just another number. I live out of state, which made things even more challenging, but David made the whole experience so much easier by communicating clearly and frequently. He handled everything with a sense of urgency and care, and within an hour, he was able to get our family member released. I was amazed at how fast and smoothly it all went, especially considering how overwhelmed I felt just an hour earlier. David truly went above and beyond. He showed a level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication that is rare to find these days. I can’t thank him enough for helping us through such a difficult time. If you ever find yourself in need of a bail bondsman, I would 100% recommend David at Shane’s Bail Bonds. I would trust him again without hesitation and will absolutely refer him to all my family and friends.

  All I can say is that this man’s business is the absolute real deal. My boyfriend had a warrant out of another county and with one phone call to Shane and his partner he was able to explain the process to me and just through talking with him I was confident in taking my boyfriend to the jail and getting him out. The process has been quick and smooth. His agent Chris(Curtis) was absolutely amazing, quick and helpful. He answered all my questions and talked me through everything. Their services are reliable, honest, and helpful. I recommend Shane to anyone that is in need of a bondsman. Thank you!!

  Dustin was rude as hell. Wanted like 6 months of paystubs. Never again would I call. Thank you to Heartland for helping us and doing it cheaper.
