  Called today 10/23/25 to inquire about getting a common document notarized. I was told that they don’t notarize anything not related to PNC. Called the Cool Creek branch and promptly made an appointment with the notary there. Very disappointed in the Westfield location…..I would note that my account balance is (soon was) over 25k.

  It used to be a convenient place to bank but now I have to drive to 146th street PNC just to get anything done. They don't do anything anymore. It's only an atm basically. Why do you need a big building for an atm? Just get one of those stand alone atms. That's basically what it is anyway. The people at 146th st. are so friendly and helpful. I actually started going there a long time ago when this one shut down the first time. When they opened it was only for business matters so I just kept going there. Now they're shut down again. If the people who run this one don't know how to run it then they need to let someone who knows how take over whether it be another person or another bank entirely. Since I've been there it's switched hands like 3 times already. It's just ridiculous!

  Why even have this branch. If PNC reads these, this branch is a drain. ATMs rarely work. People inside can’t do anything except give direct to another PNC. Waste of real estate, financial resources, and talent.

  I agree with all the 1-star reviews. This is only a ATM location and even their ATM doesn’t have money half the time! They should consider closing down or renaming it to NOT PNC bank! Please use the 146th location where they actually provide banking services with great customer service.
