If i could give them 0 stars i would! Worst experience I've ever had at a bank and I was trying to give them money to pay off a loan. Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple number one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and banking elsewhere.

They deposit checks into your account and make the funds available before fully verifying the check where you risk having your account put in the negative. Going through this right now and filing a lawsuit right now because they put my account in the negative for over $1k. They think I am going to put more money in this account to cover their mistake and they are very sorely mistaken. Already didn't trust brick and mortar banks and this is exactly why.

These people are asinine and extremely hostile. I parked my new vehicle at this city PNC bank to go to a local downtown store that has limited street parking (and was full) for just one hour, and without warning or notice of any kind--for parking for just one hour--this PNC bank decided to tow my vehicle away, which costed me $242.
They smirked at me and said "we're not your family, ask someone you know for help," even after I explained that my phone was locked inside my vehicle that they just towed away, while denying me use of their phones, despite everything they just pulled. As I sat on the curb devastated and unsure of what to do since there aren't payphones anymore, they then called the police because I was sitting on their curb. The officer was kind and gave me a ride to the tow company and I had to pay $242 all for parking at a PNC bank for just one hour. My bank, Everwise (formerly TCU), would never do asinine hostile behavior like this, go bank with Everwise.

I don't bank here but had to go in last week to cash a check at this branch and the whole staff was so welcoming and friendly! If I ever do decided to switch I would look into PNC just based off of the customer service I have received! 10/10
