If i could give them 0 stars I would! Worst experience I've ever had at a bank and I was trying to give them money to pay off a loan. Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple number one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and not any future business here.

Every time I come here I end up interacting with Dawn and she’s backhanded nice. She sent us away last time we came in to make an account and then today told us we can do it on our own…why couldn’t u tell us that last time?? She also was standing around while one employee helped a line full of people. Not sure what she does exactly but it’s clearly not much.

Zero stars and I wish I could sue them. This is the second time I have used this atm and had it crap out on me and eat my check. For this is the second time in a row that it has taken that check and restarted and refused to return the check or process it. I had incurred late fees on payments because of this last time and they did not do anything to resolve that, it took 14 days to get my money and they eventually gave me my money but made no effort to fix the fees they caused me to incur. Now this is the second time this is happening and I am just downright pissed and if I end up getting fees for anything due to my not having this money I either hope they offer to cover that or I will sue them for that plus the stress and time it took. This is unacceptable and insane that the atm literally just restarts mid transaction and there is no provision for that like it doesn’t check if there is a check in the machine and expel it so I can try again it doesn’t even make any attempt to continue the transaction it just restarts and pretends like my money doesn’t exist. So yea PNC I am not gonna bank with you any more if you don’t fix this and add a bit on top for having this happen twice now.

I have been banking at PNC for the last 23 years. The staff has always been great. I worked with Debbie @ the Ireland branch on a line of equity on my home. She did a great job and kept me up to date weekly on the progress. The staff there is amazing to deal with!
