- AKAri KaplanNov 21, 20251.0What a terrible experience I just had at this location I needed to break a hundred-dollar bill mind you I'm new to the area and I have one of these banks located close to home well guess what they would not exchange my bill stating it could be fraudulent and you do not have an account here I said well you're a bank you could test if it's a fraudulent bill with the pen can't you and then she stated again that they cannot and will not do it unless I am a customer so why I explained I will never be a customer just because of that as I walked out a few of the girls were chuckling and laughing at me very unprofessional I would never bank here
