- CBChris BlackburnOct 25, 20251.0I thought pnc was a solid company. A charge got refunded due to it being an error. Instead of releasing the money back into my account, pnc decided to delete the transaction and never put the funds back. When you balance what they show on their statements, there's an error. Even had a bank manager see and acknowledge the error on their end. Money is missing, but if you talk to anyone else they just keep going off the computer screen and not doing the math. They say there is no error. But between the party that charged my card, and their own information, there is indeed an error. Almost a month later and no resolution. A different story from everyone that speaks. At this point its just theft. I wont bank here again after this is resolved. After 5 years its a shame but I won't deal with thieves. Will be filing with the bbb and fdic at this point.
