  My father passed away and we had to deal with this bank. What a nightmare, from the customer call center to the branch tellers. They were not helpful and was down right rude. I do not recommend this bank!

  Just awful atm steals money and then when you try to call them you get placed on hold for 25min and then get transferred to a other call center where they laugh at you and hang up. Won't give you main office number to file a complaint

  This is where my mother in law banks, I take care of her bank now because of health issues, And i would not suggest this bank to anyone (maybe an enemy lol) I've come to this bank to get auto pay stopped to my mother in laws water bill because she has an abundance of credit accumulated and they can't stop it without making a whole new online account.. If you can't walk in and then fix the problem, we'll that's a problem I've had to spend more than 40 minutes at this bank every time I've tried to get help with this issue, and well here i am again waiting waisting my time........

  Not only did they close their branch in my town, they took the ATM out so I have to either pay another bank's fees or drive to another town to access my money. When they did have a branch, I had a large check that I took inside instead of going through the ATM, and was greeted with "don't you know you can take checks to the ATM." Guess this poor customer service is why the branch closed, why have one if you don't even want to help the customers that come in there?

  With COVID-19, difficulty entering the bank was expected. Signs were posted that the lobby was closed unless scheduled ahead of time. Since the check we needed to deposit exceeded ATM or mobile banking allowances, we went through the drive-thru. Low and behold though, the bank has eliminated all courtesy pens. As simple as it may seem... I can't even describe the annoyance felt when the tellers are too lazy to clean pens in-between customers so that pens could be provided. I can't deposit on my own, I can't see someone the same day unless scheduled previously... the minimum customer service that could be provided in a pandemic for day-of service... might be a pen. Would recommend management consider that it's the only "above-and-beyond" service you can provide in this environment.
