- PPPammy3 days ago1.0I have been a long time customer of PNC Bank however I am seriously reevaluating this. I had 2 checks from USSA that I mobile deposited on 10/18/2025. One check went through fine. However, the other check for $50.12 was returned twice stating refer to maker. I have spent over 6 hours on phone with USSA, 2 trips to PNC Branch, trip to Chase and as of 1/9/2026 funds are still not found. This issue has been escalated to Jazmine and I am asking for a deep dive as to where the funds might be. I have spoke with USSA CEO’s assistant Kayla who did deep dive on there end and filled out and faxed an affidavit of possible fraud to Chase. The funds are somewhere and now it is a matter principle. I am really frustrated. Jazmine needs to call me back. I have been told she wasn’t working then she called me back. I normally am a very patient person. We are going on 3 months. Pam Lee
- SLStephen LeonardNov 21, 20251.0Issued a check to an account holder with this bank only to have them hold it (which I get) but at the end of the hold they tell the account holder we're returning the funds. No branch managers (maybe a lie) hold for 59.17 minutes for the foreign call center to hangup on both account holder and check issuer. This is why I do not personally deal with large banks. Only local banks. If you are a PNC account holder run and run quick.
