- DJDale JohnsonOct 23, 20251.0Starting to understand the negative reviews. We have been with them with both personal and business accounts for years now. PNC as a whole is not bad. This branch is having issues. They cannot seem to call anyone back who left a message on multiple occasions, or they offer no support with a new account that you open up for your young adult child. We are rethinking our continued relationship with PNC as a whole because this is the closest branch that we use most often and do not want to travel to another branch.
- BIBhullar Trucking IncJul 5, 20231.0I would give them Negative 100 for this bank. Very unprofessional bank, I had 2 checking, 1 saving and 1 company account with them. They had been horrendously charging us fees on my business account. Decided to leave them and went to BMO with no fee so far. They closed the account but along with that forced to close all our personal accounts. If we went to bank to pay some negative balances that they charged, the banker told us to make cashier's check and when we came with cashier's check they told that they cant accept cashier's check and it has to be cash to pay. They will make your day horrible as their bankers dont know what is the right process. From last 5 years with them, we had horrible experience with them. Their tellers says something else and one banker says something else and the other banker says something else. Avoid them and save your time. They are terrible and doesnt respect your time at all.
