- SWStephanie WNov 24, 20201.0This rating is not directed at the local branch but at PNC as a whole. The local branches have always been a pleasure to deal with. As far as PNC in general, by far the worst bank I have ever banked with. Moving from the west coast, it wasn’t feasible to stay with Chase as they don’t have any branches close to me so I was forced to switch banks and I regret ever making the move to PNC. Their lack of empathy and support to their customers during these trying times is beyond frustrating. Being the 7th largest bank you would think they could offer more solutions rather than just reading script from a manual. I am closing my accounts as soon as I can.
