Our goal is to provide the best financial products and high-end service to the members that choose to bank with us. - WVWendy VachetApr 3, 20261.0I cannot recommend US Federal to anyone. I have been a member since 1989 and this institution has fallen so far behind relative to customer service and the basic use of standard technology. For example, I can't even get a phone call answered. Clearly, they are closed today but rather than say that on an OGM, you just sit on hold and then it says the call failed because the # is busy. Their app is beyond awful and it just seems like no one can get the fundamentals down including forward facing communication. There are so many good credit unions and banks; I suggest you go elsewhere.

- DDDonald DossFeb 4, 20265.0This is a great credit union. The staff is friendly and I have always gotten positive results from here. Mrs Rowton helped me with a car loan and she was great. Very very patient with me because I was back and forth with my loan and she answered all my questions. This was my second auto loan and I recommend it to anyone. Great rates also considering the economy.
