  Service is dreadfully slow. Tried to avoid it by using the atm to deposit, and it isn’t accepting deposits. They could at least save their customers time by letting them know that their atms are broken so they don’t have to circle around to wait through both lines for nothing! Went to the third street atm. It is flashing bright red. Not working. Had to come back and get in the single drive through line since they refuse to fix the second one. You would think all of these hidden monthly service fees and fees to deposit your own checks would go to something—like fixing all of the broken nonsense. After 35 minutes, that I could’ve been anywhere else, I got one thing done. Way to go pnc.

  Their customer service is as slow as their left drive thru lane. If you know, you know. Over 15 minutes to move one vehicle through the line. Banking “service” fees that change amount, when they come out, and overdraw your account, so you can’t budget for them. Being charged money despite service fee garbage, to deposit your check through the atm if they decide you don’t have the right amount of money—which you probably did before the service charges came out. The tellers don’t even know how to put money the same direction! Budget for at least half an hour if you need to go through the drive through. It isn’t much faster inside between interpreter calls. Banking here has gotten worse overall since the pandemic. Do not recommend.

  Friday at 3:30 pm. Only 2 employees working behind the counter. One doing the drive thru, all lanes, plus answering the phone. The other taking care of the lobby line which is 8 deep. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I’ve never had such a bad experience. I had two recent pieces of mail, valid I.D , employment card with email & fax , birth certificate social security and also a closed pnc card still not expired trying to put 3500 into an account so I didn’t have to carry it or have a prepaid card . The lady was so condescending and couldn’t help me open an account bc I couldn’t prove it was me . I am not making this up , worst experience I’ve had with any company ever ..
