I had two recent pieces of mail, valid I.D , employment card with email & fax , birth certificate social security and also a closed pnc card still not expired trying to put 3500 into an account so I didn’t have to carry it or have a prepaid card . The lady was so condescending and couldn’t help me open an account bc I couldn’t prove it was me . I am not making this up , worst experience I’ve had with any company ever ..
