- ACAnQi CzApr 30, 20191.0This Branch Manager, Emily, is the most unhelpful and unfriendly branch manager I’ve ever seen. On the other hand, assistant branch manager is absolutely great. Corporate really needs to come in and do a performance evaluation and reconsider who should be the branch manager and who can represent PNC better and be able to provide top notch customer service because Emily is definitely not the whole package. If others say otherwise, then I guess so called branch manager treats everyone differently because according to my experience, she was not helpful to my needs and she presented herself in somewhat of a snobby way.
