  Your new account access process is ridiculous. I could not reach a human because I did not know my account number. Who knows this by heart? My account got locked and you told me to visit a branch, but there are none in my state. I will move my funds to another bank and close my accounts online since that is the only access you allow. Already sent a Twitter DM. Was told my case was being reviewed. Won't be a problem if not resolved by the end of this week, because my accounts will be closed. Don't play with my money. Still no response. Closing my accounts first thing Monday morning.

  If being stereotyped and treated rude is how you like banking then this is your place. I don't care, if someone pays me with a check from this place I will not even go in there to cash it. I see why people are going to online banking. Worst bank for sure.
