  You have to wait in line to see a teller and then when you want to get access to your own money, you have to wait again for another banker. PNC has gone down over the years.

  Those dang ATMS never work and they need to at least add at least one drive up ATM somewhere near the north side of town! I can't believe they went down to one location!

  I’ve banked here for years just traditional normal checking account stuff. The only “extra” thing I’ve ever tried to do is have documents notarized on 2 separate occasions, which is supposed to be included if you have an account. For reference, it coats 20$ to use other options ie UPS store. The first time I called ahead to this location where they assured me they had a notary and they were available anytime the bank is open. I show up less than 30 minutes later and they tell me the notary is gone for the day and maybe I should try the UPS store, of course I’m super aggrivated because I just called and was told they were available. Today I go a second time, there’s a notary available but he won’t notarize my affidavit because it “doesn’t have a notary certificate” for him to stamp. So unless you happen to show up when they feel like having a notary and the spot to stamp is outlined in crayon with an arrow pointing to it, like they’re in kindergarten and don’t know how to stamp and sign a form without a preprinted picture on it, they’re going to suggest you go to UPS and spend 20$. Useless customer service as always. Great bank if all you need is a place for direct deposit to go and an atm to use but don’t expect any other “extras” they say comes with your account because they’ll disappoint you every time
