  It’s my personal request, please please please don’t lose your money by having a account in PNC. God forbid if a scam happens to you without your fault, they will not be responsible and will not help you to get your money back. It’s not just one time, it has happened to me multiple times and it’s been over a year and the response I get from them is, “you guys can go to other banks if you don’t like PNC”. That’s some kind of a Customer Service.

  This company charges intrest on loans AND has $39 overdraft fees. I am sure they have more fees as well. This is a very greedy company. They do not support Indiana or its residents.

  I do not bank with PNC but I had a check through them to cash. I tried to cash it at pnc in beech grove but the guy looked at me and said be didn’t have the time!!!!! I was sooo mad I was about to cry but then I went to this location on Emerson and they were absolutely helpful!! Andrew Kyle and Valerie! THEY NOT ONLY SHOWED ME SO MUCH RESEPCT, they were very polite and patient with the other people coming in as well. They smiled and got me in and out in NO TIME! THANK YOU PNC ON EMERSON! & NO THANKS to napoleon dynamite at the beech grove location on main st.
