I've been banking with PNC for quite a while, and this Eastside Indianapolis branch off and on for the past 3yrs. Unfortunately the female Black employee that wears glasses is the rudest unprofessional employee of this branch I've had the misfortune of crossing paths with. Three times in 2025, I was met with her unwarranted toxicity and unprofessional behavior as a staff member inside this PNC branch. "Why didn't you use the ATM outside? Why are you withdrawing money inside. We have an ATM outside" are rudely asked questions asked before a HI or Hello are uttered from this staff member. Always caught off guard by her ugly demeanor, today's visit was my breaking point. As the bank was crowded, standing room only, every chair filled with customers, I patiently waited in line for my transaction to occur. As I walked to the teller's station, she immediately and rudely asked me, "Why I didn't use the ATM outside." A question she asked No one prior to me in line, and was informed I chose the option of bank transactions inside which she was Not happy about. Tough. Miss headache made my interactions insufferable as she spoke loudly, angrily, and lying that I was "Rushing her" by asking for my receipt balance and bank envelopes. She received my intense verbal stance, saw and heard my conversation with Mr. Goodwin Sr., this PNC's AVP, Branch Manager. Hopefully Mr. Goodwin Sr. will take heed to my complaint, review their website complaints, and understand that no customer is going to accept any unwarranted negative behavior from any person that's employed there.

I have been banking with PNC for five years now, and every time I go into this branch, there’s an African American lady with glasses and dark skin who claims to be a manager. She is very rude, and I have no idea why she always treats me this way. Recently, I went to get a cashier's check and was trying to use a debit card that wasn't my PNC card. It kept getting declined. I attempted to use another card, but that was also declined. I asked the young lady at the counter if she could get the manager so I could find out why this was happening. The manager came over, and when I explained that this was the second time I had to come in for a cashier's check and was unsure why the transactions were being declined, she loudly said for everyone to hear, "Well, I don't know why it declined, but we have nothing to do with that. All I can tell you is to go to the ATM." That response felt very rude. Not only was it dismissive, but she also didn’t need to say it so everyone could hear. On another occasion, I went to withdraw $3 from my account, and that same lady told me I needed two pieces of ID, even though I had my debit card with me. She really is difficult to deal with. There have been more incidents, but I can't detail them all here. It's just frustrating to constantly encounter this behavior.
