- SSS SJan 22, 20261.0I’m on crutches and a foot cast , the teller at the drive thru told me she can’t give me change through the drive thru and had to come in even though I mentioned it’s hard to get in and out the car told me there’s nothing she could do about that . I’ve been to other pnc banks who had no problem doing so . Theres a special place for you it’s really hot hope you enjoy it
- MBMarie BeardDec 5, 20251.0I chose to use the teller through the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the window. I could not see anyone. The window looked frosted. I hit the call button to ask for a withdrawal slip. After filling out the slip I hit the call button again because it was taking longer than usual to let the teller know how I wanted to receive the withdrawal. She comes on the screen and states that she text me a 6 widget code. I did not know that PNC had implemented this. I sent my ID and debit card through. I ended up getting all $20's. I hit the button again and stated how I wanted to receive my money ( again ). She asked if I wrote it on the withdrawal slip. I stated no that I had told her. What happened to tellers asking you how you would like to receive your money? This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. The teller needs to take etiquette classes. There was no professionalism at all.
