- SSScott SemlerNov 14, 20251.0If I could give less than a single star I would. PNC is where you go to wait. And wait, and wait. So you call their business hotline, and you wait, and wait. They actually said I can't answer that question I'm going to put you on hold. That was 45 minutes ago. At this point I'm not going to hang up, want to see how long they will let this go. I called the branch, no answer. I had the managers direct number, voicemail. Left a voicemail. Went the the branch, guess what, after waiting in line to see the teller, they put me a cue! At this point you can only laugh. There are many choices out there for banking, PNC is not a good one.
